Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum cleaners best vacuums and mops can be customized using a specialized app to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate through rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are must-have features in my home, which is filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can sweep and mop in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from getting too wet. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pets, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

Additionally it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you are able to justify the cost we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it did very well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I've tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. The mop pads sold separately will require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money while enjoying clean hands at home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy, its high purchase cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a want rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements and is poured into a larger storage bin. The tank onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to select this option you'll have to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has several impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot cleaner with mop's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean every area that is mapped by this device or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just like all the Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is efficient, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major best robotic mop and vacuum gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too although it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

This machine has one major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot vacuum cleaners reviews. There's a good workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last traces of dust and debris that you've left behind from the vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
