Path of Exile Item Upgrades

Item upgrades are a common and crucial method to enhance the performance of numerous items in Path of Exile. They can be a good source of additional damage and more AD or even more attachments.

Armor

The Jeweler can enhance the quality of the gem in stages that range from Crude up to Royal. The boosts to stats will differ depending on the tier the jewel is at when it's slotted into jewelry, weapons, or equipment.

All levels of jewels can be crafted at the Jeweler, with the exception of the rare and legendary jewels that require you to be at a high enough level to obtain these. Jewels can be replaced with another jewel without destroying the original. You can only replace the gem only once in a piece of equipment.

It is typical to use more jewelry to enhance the appearance of. Jewels also enhance performance and create an outer layer that is more durable than steel so that repeated friction caused by pivots does not cause damage to them.

A Glyphmaster can provide glyphs to enhance the look of your shields and weapons. These glyphs offer a small boost in power and can be exchanged, however they are not guaranteed to show up as loot. This is particularly true if an item has multiple stats that you'd like to upgrade, as it's usually more beneficial to upgrade one crucial stat than two subpar ones.

Jungle players usually upgrade their yellow trinkets to a red trinket at the start of the game. Top and mid players on the other hand they will select either a pink or green ward, depending on the matchup. These choices will have an impact on the ability of a hero to control the map.
