It's also the only robotic vacuum or mop that scored a perfect 10 out of 10 in our testing. This is thanks to a mix of high-tech sensors, including a structured light system, a camera and multiple lasers. The X40 Ultra was the only robot we tested that could fill and empty its basestation autonomously. It also boasted an industry-leading suction of 12,000Pa and self-cleaning mops.
The X40 as with other iRobot products, is simple to operate. It comes with an easy mobile application interface and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit. The only issue is that it's still quite a noisy unit which could be an issue if you use it in the morning prior to work or in the evening as you attempt to sleep.
It's also quite expensive however, not as much as the Ecovacs S8 MaxV Ultra or Roborock S8 Omni, which are both equally capable and better looking. This is a two-in-one vacuum that's very capable however it will cost you more and make more noise.

Its vacuum cleaner has an maximum suction of 7,000 Pascals which is more than sufficient to do the job. It also has "Intelligent Dirt Detection", that regulates the amount of time the vac works and alters the frequency of cleaning for different areas of the home depending on the degree of dirt they tend to be.
