Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of an item, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they display a full description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade item option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are many ways to obtain these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available for it. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but because it allows players to get the most value out of a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) and the tier of that item upgrader kit (go to this site) and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
