The X40 Ultra is also the only robot we tested that can fully autonomously refill and empty its base station and it boasts its own self-cleaning mop pads.

The X40 is, like the other iRobot products, is simple to operate. It comes with a simple mobile application interface, and it integrates with Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit. The only downside is that the X40 still a loud unit. This can be a concern in the mornings prior to work or at night when you're trying to sleep.

It's also a bit expensive but not as much as the Ecovacs MaxV Ultra or the Roborock S8 Omni, which are equally powerful and more attractive. If you're willing to live with a little more noise and some additional cost, this is a very powerful two-in-one that will please almost everyone.
