Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To make them, you need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get an exact roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item upgrader mod the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
