Assign A Persona To User

The final thing to assign to a user before they can log into iApp is to assign a Persona to the user.

To do this, we will navigate in iApp to the Access Control section and click on the Persona Management interface.

When this loads, you will want to begin by refining the user you want to select by typing the name into the 'Search USERS:' and then clicking the magnifying lens to the right of that field. You should first type the users Last Name.

Once you have found the individual, click on the '+' mark next to their name to expand the list of accounts they have access to and further click the '+' to view any and all Personas currently applied.

To provide a persona to an account the user is on, click on the 'PERSONA' folder in the tree. This will show all the personas to the right pane.

To assign the persona you will click AND HOLD on the persona in the right pane and drag it, while continuing to hold the click and drag it onto the account. Once you are at the account, release the click and it should assign. If not, do it again until you see the persona under the account and a Success message.
