In order for a user to access an account, they will have to be assigned to the account.
In iApp, under the Account Management section you will click on the Accounts interface.
Once this loads you can locate the account the user will be associated with by scrolling on the left, or, by clicking the "Show Filters" button, refining the selection and clicking on the account in question.
When the user selection window appears, you can click on the 'Show Filters' button and then input the users criteria to refine the selection to the user you are looking for. Once you find them, click on their name and then click 'Select'
Once added to the account, the user is just associated with the account and should be identified as either a COMSEC Custodian, Alternate, or Officer (TBD v2.4)
